BAMN Rugs Shipping Policy

All BAMN Rugs are handmade and made to order. Please allow approximately 7 business days for production before your order ships.

Standard Shipping: Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after production is complete.

Please note that production and shipping times are separate. Most orders should arrive approximately 10–12 business days after the order is placed, although delays may occasionally occur.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. BAMN Rugs is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If your package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact BAMN Rugs within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
