Returns & Refunds

All BAMN Rugs products are custom-made to order based on the size, design, colors, artwork, or other specifications provided by the customer. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all custom rug sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your rug arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact BAMN Rugs within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Custom Design & Color Variations

Because every rug is handmade, slight variations in size, shape, color, and appearance may occur. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on screens and displays. These normal handmade variations are not considered defects.

Approved refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
